ssue:

The Recovery Key ID on device is different from that in the SES console

Considerations
This can occur in Windows 7

This is a limitation of the BitLocker recovery screen prompting for the first recovery protector stored on the device.

In practice, there can be multiple recovery protectors set for a BitLocker-protected device, and all of them can be used to authenticate at SecureDoc's Boot Logon / Pre-Boot Authentication.

Solution:
Be design, Windows 7 prompts for the protector that is first on it's list of configured protectors, but all protectors can be used.
