1509 Precautionary Measure When Installing Windows 10 build 10586 and Enabling BitLocker Encryption

This article serves as a warning to customers who perform either:

a) a clean install of Windows 10 build 10586 (the new November update), or
b) who have updated an earlier installation of Windows 10 to Windows 10 build 10586 AND who then disable Bitlocker; 

In either of these cases, you will not be able to enable Bitlocker encryption.

NOTE: For those customers who have updated an earlier installation of Windows 10 to build 10586, those customers will NOT be affected as long as they do not disable Bitlocker.
