Product Notification: Disable Windows Update before you encrypt or decrypt your device

We recommend that you disable Windows Update prior to using SecureDoc to encrypt or decrypt your device.

Windows Update has been known to interfere with the encryption/decryption process.

Follow these instructions to disable Windows Update on Windows Vista:
