The SecureDoc Disk Encryption folder disappear after upgrading from 5.2SR4 to 6.1SR1
Symptom: Upgrading from 5.2SR4 to 6.1SR1 and the SecureDoc Disk Encryption folder disappeared. If it is a straight install no issue as the folder appear as expected.
Solution: Attached the 52SR2_X86_MST.zip file which contains a apply_trans.bat and 52SR4_X86.mst. 1. Copy the two files to the client machine. 2. Open the command prompt with run as admin. 3. Change the dir to the file you have copied. 4. Now run the batch file (apply_trans.bat) 5. Once it is done try to install the latest version of SecureDoc.
