1368 Lenovo Twist UEFI system boots to recovery error code is 0xc000000f

Description

Using Lenovo Twist with WinMagic on UEFI environment

System boots up into a Recovery screen after Sleep\Hibernation

Root Cause

BIOS appears to be hardcoded to seek out Windows Boot Manager upon resume.
This is an ODT system for Lenovo (Third party supplier)

Fix\Workaround

turning of FastStartup will resolve such issue
