ADSync - Move deleted users to Recycle Bin

In SES the "Move deleted users to Recycle Bin" command can cause performance issues for Active Directory (AD) Users. System performance is affected due to the design of SDConnex where deleted users are removed from all the devices that the user belongs too. When "Move deleted Users to Recycle Bin” is CHECKED, the user is moved to the recycling bin, and commands are created to remove the user from the device. The design limitation is that the next time ADSync communicates, since the user/device relationship still exists, commands are created again.

Workaround:

In ADSync, DISABLE "Move deleted users to Recycle Bin”.

When "Move deleted users to Recycle Bin” is disabled, the user is removed from SES immediately after the commands are created to remove the user from the devices.
