I’m subscribed to the KnowledgeBase to be notified of new articles, but I can’t access a new article - Why not?

The WinMagic Knowledge Base contains articles that are of value both to end customers, as well hosting internal-use articles that are intended to be used only by WinMagic support staff and other WinMagic staff in support of customers (these are referred to as "Private" articles).  Often these cover areas that Support needs to access when assisting customers, but may involve

At present, the email agent for the application/environment that hosts the Knowledge Base is not able to differentiate between customers such as yourself, and internal users, with the result that you may get notifications of new articles that are not accessible to you.  Luckily, there are relatively few articles stored for internal purposes only.

We regret this inconvenience, and will be working with the Knowledge Base software provider to find a solution, so that you are not informed of articles you cannot access.
