I commented, or asked for help in a comment in the Knowledge Base - why didn't anyone respond?
 

The WinMagic Support Knowledge Base is an un-monitored web application whose purpose is to provide information to registered customers.

What the Comment feature is:

The comment feature's sole purpose is to permit you to comment on the clarity of a specific article.  Through this, you can

  1. notify WinMagic if you feel that article could be improved, made clearer, or in other ways be made more effective in helping you or your fellow customers, and
  2. notify WinMagic if you feel we're missing any articles that you feel would be valuable.

We will treat your recommendations and comments seriously, and will make every effort to improve the quality of the Knowledge Base in order that it can serve our customers better.  The greater the number of suggestions for improvement or requests for new articles we receive can only help us strengthen this Knowledge Base, enhancing its value as a resource you can refer to anytime you need.

 

What the Comment feature is not:

The Knowledge Base's comment feature is not a Bulletin Board.  Since it is not monitored in real time, it is unfortunately unsuitable to be used to post requests for help, or to post new questions that might relate to your specific issues or equipment.
