Error 7753: There is no token Dll found

Symptom

When creating a key file in Windows, after making a token selection, the error message "Error 0x7753: There is no token dll found"� appears.

Cause

The required Windows drivers for the token haven’t been installed.

Resolution

Install the drivers for the token. Make sure the token is detected by the token’s middleware.
