Logging into a different user account in the SES prompts to upgrade the database
Problem scenario:
When attempting to run the SES Console under a different User ID, the SES produces a message that the database must be upgraded.
The database has previously been upgraded to the same version as the SES Conesole.
Solution:
It is not necessary to upgrade the database, the reason for this is that the new user account does not have the proper rights to access the database.
Please reference article 1449 to configure the correct rights.
