Error appears instead of expected report page when attempting to access Web Reporting. On screen will be this line:
Parser Error Message: Could not load file or assembly ' CrystalDecisions.web, version 12.0.2000.0, Culture=Neutral... etc, etc.
To resolve:
See the solution for the error 'bobj' not defined (search this kb for the term 'bobj' (without the quotes).
The solution is probably the same, that either Crystal Reports has been installed in the wrong place (e.g. wrong drive) or is
a) not correctly located within the c:\inetpub area of the C: drive, or
b) potentially that the web service does not have the necessary rights to read or execute the elements inside that directory
c) there is some damage to one or more of the files within....
Try the solution for the bobj problem documented elsewhere - uninstall Crystal reports, then perform a Repair installation of the Web Reporting tool.
