Overview:
This Hotfix (HF1) for SecureDoc Enterprise Server 9.2 SR1 includes targeted fixes and stability improvements identified after the initial SR1 release. This update is recommended for customers currently running version 9.2 SR1.

Description: SES Web provides visibility of the built-in All User Group and All Device Group, aligning functionality with the SES Console.
Solution: These groups are available within SES Web for assignment and management workflows and are protected from modification.

External Monitor Display Support for HP Docked Preboot Authentication
Description: In some HP laptop and docking configurations, external monitors may not display the preboot authentication screen when docked.

Unexpected debugger message at Windows 11 logon
Description: In certain environments, a system dialog prompting to start a debugger may appear during the Windows logon sequence, interrupting the user experience.

Network Phone not functioning at Windows login on Windows Server
Description: Network Phone may not function at the Windows login stage on Windows Server environments.

Description: Non-critical messages may appear during early PBLU startup.

PBLU initialization issues on newer Lenovo platforms
Description: On certain newer Lenovo devices, PBLU or preboot may fail to initialize correctly, resulting in a black screen or missing preboot prompt.

Failed to start encryption on select vPro devices with TSE (Error code: 0xC0000185)
Description: On certain Intel vPro systems using Intel Trusted Execution Engine (TSE), encryption may fail to start due to how the system handles communication with the disk during the initial encryption process.
Solution: Enhancements have been implemented to improve communication handling during encryption, enabling better compatibility with newer vPro platforms and allowing encryption to start successfully.

PBLU Linux not loading on Lenovo ThinkPad T16 Gen 3
Description: PBLU may fail to load and display a blank screen during startup on certain configurations.
Solution: Resolved in 9.2 SR1 HF1 with improved hardware compatibility.

Limitation
Standalone – Updated Windows Server Support for SecureDoc Control Center (SDCC)
Description: Standalone SecureDoc installations are supported on newer Windows Server versions. Windows Server 2012 R2 is not supported for launching SDCC in this release.
Workaround: Deploy on Windows Server 2016 or later for full compatibility.

IdP Registration May Remain Pending After Installation with Elevated Credentials
Description: If MagicEndpoint is installed using elevated credentials while a standard user is signed in, registration may not complete.
Workaround: Sign out and sign back in as the affected user.

Password Synchronization May Not Complete After Signing In with Another Windows User
Description: Password Sync may not function as expected in certain AD/AAD environments.
Workaround: Enable the required Windows policy for password transmission in Group Policy.
