Client may experience a license issue right after applying the patch to SES 6.1SR1; the license count will revert to default values. Client may also get the error "This license file has already been loaded" when trying to reload the current license file.
The resolution is to first go into the SecureDoc database and remove the license file; then reload it and it resolves the problem.
In Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio; go to the SecureDoc database and open up the "Tables" folder.
Locate the dbo.Settings table.
Right click and choose "Edit top 200 rows".
Locate "IDNLW_DB_DATA_BSI_SERVER_FILE" in the Name column.
Delete this row by right clicking on the row to the left of it and selecting delete.
Close SQL Management Studio.
Open the SES management console and reload the current license file.
