What specific rights are necessary for a user to be able to decrypt USB media (e.g. a Flash Drive)?

In order to be able to decrypt a USB memory stick, the user must have the right entitled "Convert Removable Media" .

Note: It is NOT possible to decrypt USB Media if the profile governing the device in question has a Disk Access Control policy set to "Read Only unless Encrypted" or"Read Only"- those policies will take precedence, preventing the media from being written-to in unencrypted form (and by taking away the encryption you would in effect be writing to the the media in unencrypted form).
