WinMagic validates SecureDoc on all pre-released versions of Apple macOS updates. This helps to ensure SecureDoc will support the next macOS update at the time of the general release. The table below lists the recommended version of SecureDoc for the versions of macOS that have been released to date.
NOTE: Devices purchased from the Apple store during Nov – Dec 2020 have macOS version 11.0 (20A2411) preinstalled. This is just a beta macOS version on Late 2020 MacBook Air, Late 2020 MacBook Pro, and 2020 Mac Mini. macOS version 11.0 (20A2411) is not supported. WinMagic recommends upgrading to macOS Big Sur (Versions 11.0.1) before deploying any application.

macOS Big Sur 11.2 and build 20D64 of macOS 11.2.1 are not recommended for use with SecureDoc. See KB 1876 for more information.
Please note that the latest client which is SecureDoc 8.6 is backward compatible with every version on the table above.
