Cannot add a user account to a computer using the SES console
Symptom
Cannot add a user account to a computer using the SES console.
Resolution
There could be a number of reasons for this.
Please verify the following:
1.SDConnex is running and the client computer can communicate with it.
2.If running a version prior to 4.5, ensure that the user account doesn't have more than 15 encryption keys attached to it. If it does, remove keys to get the count to 15 or fewer.
3.The automated key file creation is configured properly. In SES, click the Tools menu and then click Options. Click Key File Options. Confirm that the first two check boxes are enabled.
Note: For the 3rd option above, make sure the user account has a default password.
